The minimum amount of time one can be on the Reset Diet Program is 21 days.
There is no maximum amount of time one can be on the diet protocol.
The amount of days spent in Phase 2 (VLCD) depends on your desired amount of weight loss. Below is the Reset Program timeline based on 21 days.
